Keala O Wailea is a joint venture with Armstrong Development and A&B Properties. I recently walked the site with the developer-Robert Armstrong of Armstrong Development and the architect/project manager of Keala O Wailea on a warm sunny day on the leeward coast of Maui. It is the newest luxury condominium project in Wailea, Maui that is currently offered for sale. The project is being rolled out in phases. This will be a gated community. Built out is scheduled to be finished in 2017.
Keala O Wailea is adjacent to Wailea Gateway center and overlooks the Old Blue Golf Course and positioned (for many units) to have stunning ocean and outer island views. This project has the ease and convenience by being within walking distance to restaurants and amenities. Wailea Gateway Center currently has the Monkeypod Restaurant, Fabianis Restaurant, Pita in Paradise, Subway, pharmacy, gourmet deli, shops and offices.
From walking the site, it appears that buildings 5 and 4 even at ground level should have some great ocean views as it sits right on precipice.
Keala O Wailea will be built to have 70 units in 7 separate buildings. Approx. square footage are to be from 1241-1715 with lanais (patios) from 152 to 238 Square feet. Penthouse and outer second floor units (which have separate outside walk up) will have its own detached one car garage and one other covered parking spot. Other units will have covered parking spots. Elevators will service middle second floor units and penthouse units only.
Amenities for the project will include a community clubhouse, pool with rockscape and spa, covered pavilion and kitchen with bbq area, and exercise room. Photovoltaic is suppose to go on the roofs of the covered parking structures. This will offer energy savings to common areas.
Phase I presale units rolled in late July and they started in the mid 700’s to 1.6’s million range. There are not many- as of this writing- left for sale- call us on available units left for sale.
Phase II Current price ranges are in the 800’s to 1.8’s Million range. This offering came out this past week. Call us for pricing and units available.
