LivingOnMaui.com Maui Real Estate Resource Page
When I created this website, I wanted it to be useful to my clients and any other visitor searching for Maui Real Estate. I revamped it last year and wanted to highlight the Maui Resource pages that you can use!
Maui Condominium Resource Page: Click Here or go to home page of this website LivingOnMaui.com and click on “Condo Info”. Here, you can search for your condo. It’s categorized by parts of the Maui County such as west side, south side, etc. The other islands of Maui County are Lanai and Molokai. Or you can click on the “view map” and as you zoom in you can see the condo. Click on your condo and it will direct you to page of that condo-specific info with historical sales and currently active units for sale (if any). Please note that condo information is subject to change and always, always confirm with your realtor on the information provided.
Maui Real Estate Statistics: Click here. Here you will find a wealth of information. You will find the most current Maui Real Estate Market Report along with the historical archives. Please email me if you need a different period of market reports that are not listed on the page.
Real Estate Glossary Page: Click here
Maui Local Information Page: Click on the tab “Local Info” on LivingOnMaui.com home page Such as Surfers Report, Maui Calendar, Maui School Directory, Maui HIking Trails, Maui Arts and Culture, Maui Property Tax and Maui Weather.
And of course, you can Search for Maui Real Estate for sale! You can make your own account and you can find the newest listings that just came up for sale! You can search by area or you can click on the map. Click here for the map of Maui Island. Go to the Home Page https://www.livingonmaui.com/ SCROLL DOWN TO BOTTOM OF PAGE AND YOU WILL FIND A MAP. Click on those different areas and you can find properties listed in that area!
I hope that helps you use my website for your Maui Real Estate Needs. If you have any constructive suggestions please email me.
Have a great year and may you find much good health, happiness and prosperity. May the wind be at your back…
A hui hou and Mahalo,
