Paradise Ridge Estates: South Maui’s Newest Condominiums Near Beaches
Recently, I had the pleasure to tour Paradise Ridge Estates. This was a long time coming as some of the presales were in 2018!!! That is almost 5 years ago! So to see the condominium development actually come to fruition in real physical form was great!
Paradise Ridge is a brand-new gated condominium development in Kihei, Maui. Situated across from Kamaole Beach Park III, these condos offer stylish living close to some of Maui’s best beaches.
These stunning two and three-bedroom condos were designed by the Maui Architectural Group and boast open floor plans, high ceilings, and private lanais.
1. Location
Paradise Ridge Estates condominiums on Maui are situated behind Hale Kamaole and next to Maui Kamaole, within walking distance of Kamaole Beach Park 3. This luxurious Kihei development is set amidst a terraced hillside. The complex is also gated.
Paradise Ridge Estate Phase I completion is estimated April 2023. Phase II completion is estimated September 2023 (however this could be sooner!).
You enter this development on South Kihei Road at the Hale Kamaole 2nd entrance. The complex is not readily visible from the street. So drive slowly. It feels like you are entering Hale Kamaole condos (which you are) but drive further up and you will see the beautiful Padilla designed gates to Paradise Ridge Estates.
South Kihei is what many would consider a walkable town. It has sidewalks and shops and restaurants nearby.
2. Details
Paradise Ridge Estates, situated in South Kihei, began site work in 2017 and is nearing completion as of this post date. The 32 condos are spread out over eight two-story buildings within a gated community; set back from busy South Kihei Road. Note that “busy” is a relative word as compared to highly populated cities.
There are 8 buildings, and 32 condo units on 2.69 Acres. The ceilings can be up to 11 ft. plus. Pet-Friendly complex (read specific details on condo docs). Two-car parking with parking plumbed for electric vehicles. This complex offers two levels in each building.
Units will range from 2 to 3 bedrooms and offer 1,251 to 1,389 square feet of gross living area. Units come with Split AC units, Quartz kitchen countertops, engineered wood veneer and tile flooring. Click here for more details.
Paradise Ridge Estates are NOT short-term rentable. Some are long-term rentable however, please call me for more details on this as some of the units have unique restrictions on rentals.
Current monthly condo fees range from $522.32-$616.16. Please note these fees are subject to change. Please confirm the current fees. Owners will pay for their electric, water, sewer, and homeowners insurance (may be others so please confirm).
Many of the units have ocean and mountain views due to it being perched on a bluff.

3. Amenities
Paradise Ridge Estates boasts a resort-style swimming pool with a waterfall. There is also a hot tub and pavilion. The best amenity is that you are within walking distance to the beach!
These stylish condos are situated in South Kihei, close to several world-class beaches, golf, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Kamaole Beach Park III is just a short walk away from this gated complex. Close by is the world-renowned Wailea resort community. Many more beaches south and north of this area.
4. Price
Paradise Ridge Estate condos had presale prices start in $700,000-900,000’s. So the early birds that reserved their units awhile back are proudly sitting on some equity.
